ncw Terms and Conditions

In this document, "ncw", "we", and "our" refer to the authority operating the ncw platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person using this service. "Platform" refers to the ncw website, mobile application, and all related services.

"Service" refers to the online betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided through ncw. "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on ncw, you must be at least 21 years old. If anyone below this age registers, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be returned.

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National ID card
• An active mobile number and email address
• Your correct date of birth

ncw reserves the right to close your account at any time if you register using false information.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or for security reasons, ncw may request a copy of your National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held up until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity — authorised or unauthorised — that takes place on your account.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform our live chat support immediately. ncw will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, SMS, or email under any circumstances. If you receive such a communication, treat it as fraudulent.

If multiple people attempt to log in at the same time from the same device or network, the account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at ncw: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and this applies to each payment method.

When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Using someone else's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details). Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Technical Issues

ncw is not responsible for transaction delays caused by technical issues with the payment gateway or mobile banking systems. In such cases, please contact our support team.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at ncw, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

To withdraw funds from this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. In the above example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed. As another example, depositing ৳13,400 gives a ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳23,400; in this case the wagering requirement is ৳10,000 × 25 = ৳2,50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are given only to eligible accounts — if fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• When the wagering deadline expires, any bonus with incomplete wagering will automatically expire.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — read the detailed terms of each offer separately.

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

ncw's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. For example, a net loss of ৳20,000 at Gold tier gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once confirmed. The bet records logged in ncw's system are final — in the event of a discrepancy with what is displayed on the user's device, the server's data will take precedence.

ncw reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Game Results

Slot and casino game results are determined through verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. No one can alter these results. Any claims regarding game results will be assessed based on server logs.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

In cricket betting — particularly for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — betting rules may differ depending on the type of match. If a match is abandoned or interrupted by rain, bets will be settled according to the relevant betting rules.

Bets cannot be withdrawn after a match has started. Bets placed on live betting take effect immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ncw platform:

• Money laundering or attempting to clean illegal funds through ncw
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in betting or gaming
• Exploiting technical errors in the game or betting system
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Sharing accounts within the same person or group to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to introduce malware or harmful code into the ncw system
• Identity fraud using false information

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

By using your account, you are accepting that policy. ncw uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information and personal data.

Your information is not shared with third parties, except that it may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law or to prevent fraud.

9.1 Suspension by ncw

ncw may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• For legal or regulatory reasons

9.2 User Request to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any outstanding bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned.

The ncw platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. ncw is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party services.

Any losses from betting or gaming are entirely the user's responsibility. ncw does not guarantee winnings and makes no promises regarding any specific outcome.

ncw will not be held responsible for any loss to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.

ncw believes that entertainment should always be enjoyed in a safe and informed way. Our platform gives users the ability to set playing limits, take temporary breaks, and voluntarily close their account.
